SECABO AND GRAPHTEC PRODUCTS

For Secabo and Graphtec products, we offer direct support by email from one of our specialist technicians.

Physical assistance takes place at our Milan office or, if necessary and possible, at the customer's premises, with an additional cost linked to the transfer of the technician.

ICOLOR PRINTERS

IColor's technical support via email or WhatsApp is very fast and precise. If you need technical support on your IColor printer, we will provide you with direct contact with the IColor technician, who responds during working hours.

 

OKI PRINTERS

For Oki products, except for the five-color versions described in the following section, email support is always free.

Physical assistance takes place at the nearest Oki center, which you can find by clicking here.

OKI PRINTERS WITH FIVE COLORS

For Oki Pro five-color printers, we offer direct email support from one of our specialist technicians.

Physical assistance takes place in our Milan office or, if necessary and possible, at the customer's office by the Oki technician.

Installation can take place at the customer's office. If installation is not required, we provide a discount off the list price where possible.

EPSON PLOTTERS

For our printing plotters, both sublimation and Epson eco-solvent, we offer direct email support from one of our specialist technicians.

Physical assistance takes place at the Epson office, or, if necessary and possible, at the customer's office by an Epson technician.

Installation can take place at the customer's office. If installation is not required, we provide a discount off the list price where possible.

SAWGRASS SUBLIMATION PRINTERS

For Sawgrass sublimation printers, we offer direct support through Sawgrass customer service.

To request assistance with your Sawgrass printer, you must contact the support site directly at the following address:

To receive help, the printer must be registered and you must log in to the site. Support usually responds quickly. Also on the Sawgrass website, in the user area, you will find various demonstration videos and instructions for use.

HEAT PRESSES, OVENS AND OTHER PRODUCTS

For all other products, including heat presses, ovens, cutting plotters and all 2Stamp and Transmax products, in addition to consumables, support is offered directly from 2Stamp. Email support is always free.
